Arrival Avenue
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Arrival Avenue Ltd, a UK-registered travel business. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms outline our obligations to you and your obligations to us, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage of your travel planning process.

2. Making a Booking
2.1 You must be aged 18 years or over to make a booking with Arrival Avenue. The person making the booking (“lead passenger”) confirms they are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all listed individuals.

2.2 The lead passenger accepts responsibility for providing accurate details for all travelers and is the main point of contact for all correspondence. Any errors or omissions made during the booking process may result in additional charges, which Arrival Avenue will not be liable for.
2.3 Bookings are only confirmed once written confirmation is issued by Arrival Avenue following receipt of payment or deposit.
2.4 If a third party is paying for your booking, we will assume they are authorised to do so on your behalf unless instructed otherwise in writing.

3. Payments
3.1 A non-refundable booking fee or deposit (amount varies by package type) is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be settled in full by the deadline communicated in your confirmation email.
3.2 Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. Any cancellation in this context will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
3.3 We accept payment through secure channels including Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna (subject to availability). By using these methods, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3.4 Payment does not guarantee availability of all travel components. In rare cases where suppliers cannot fulfil the reservation, we will offer suitable alternatives or a refund for the unavailable part.

4. Travel Documents & Visas
4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required for their destination. Arrival Avenue is not responsible for any costs or disruptions resulting from failure to comply with immigration or entry requirements.
4.2 Information provided by Arrival Avenue regarding visas and entry rules is a general guide only and should be verified with the official government website for each destination.

5. Health & Travel Insurance
5.1 We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unexpected changes, cancellations, medical needs, or personal loss. Proof of insurance may be requested.
5.2 It is your responsibility to check health requirements and vaccination guidelines for your chosen destination. Arrival Avenue is not liable for disruptions due to inadequate health documentation or refusal of entry on such grounds.

6. Amendments and Cancellations
6.1 Requests for booking amendments must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger. Changes are subject to availability and any associated supplier charges.
6.2 Cancellations initiated by the customer will follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy. The refund amount will vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the terms of our third-party suppliers.
6.3 If Arrival Avenue cancels your booking for reasons within our control, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative of equal value. We are not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
6.4 No-shows or missed departures will be treated as cancellations, with no entitlement to refund.

7. Supplier Terms
7.1 Arrival Avenue works with multiple third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transfer providers, etc.). Bookings are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be made available upon request or included in your confirmation.
7.2 Any issues encountered during travel that relate to supplier performance must be reported to Arrival Avenue as soon as possible so that we may assist in resolving the matter.

8. Liability
8.1 Arrival Avenue is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to: supplier bankruptcy, flight delays, force majeure, acts of war, or terrorism.
8.2 We accept no responsibility for indirect losses (e.g., missed connections or business loss). Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for the booking in question.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, or for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

9. Complaints
9.1 If you encounter an issue during your trip, you must notify us immediately so we can assist. Post-travel complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return.
9.2 Complaints received after this period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

10. Data Protection
10.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Your details will only be shared with partners or suppliers as necessary to complete your booking.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 You agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes.
